Residential Care at Nine Mile Creek (RC-NMC), is a comprehensive home care provider serving individuals 18 years of age and over. RC-NMC focuses on providing a space where our population can age with dignity in an inclusive, caring home environment.
Our goal is to create a home where people can live comfortably and meaningfully-- and in a setting that honors their culture, religion, and identity.
RC-NMC provides private rooms, internet access, central air, onsite laundry, and numerous accessibility features. Additionally, we provide assisted living and medical services, and have a registered nurse available at all times.
Come in for an initial intake to learn more about how we can support you or your loved one(s). A healthcare professional will conduct a health analysis and work with you on creating a care plan that fits you or your loved ones' needs.
We accept Minnesota Group Residential Housing payments and other subsidies for rent and food costs for qualified, low-income person(s). We also accept private pay/co-pay, long-term care insurance, and elderly waiver.
